As many of you know, there is a Fan Fest (or Fan Jam) held each year, usually at the beginning of October in the Philadelphia area This is organized by Tom Baltaeff who works extremely hard every year to make the event a success. I have had the distinct pleasure of attending for several years and can tell you that everyone has a great time, beginning with dinner the evening before and continuing throughout the next day. The scheduled date for this year’s event is Saturday, October 10. However, at this point in time, Pennsylvania has some very strict guidelines in place due to COVID-19 regarding large gatherings of people and it is not known when those regulations will be lifted. Tom is considering the possibility of holding the event in Wilmington, Delaware instead, as restrictions are not so rigorous there. A decision regarding the venue, as well as whether or not to go ahead with the event this year, will be made by early to mid-July to give people time to plan their trips. I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
