The Ventures have been in the studio this month, busy recording some very interesting new tracks which will be released in Japan this summer. One project is for Universal Japan (formerly EMI Japan / Toshiba-EMI): the tentative title of the CD is ‘Summer Sounds’. A full track list will be available soon. In addition, the group recorded two tracks for Pony Canyon which will also be released some time prior to The Ventures summer tour in Japan. When we have final details of release dates, etc., we will post more information.
