For anyone who has tried ordering on line recently, you have probably noticed that there are some glitches. You might have received a notice that your order timed-out but you would have received a confirmation of your order anyway. We are trying to work through this problem but, up until today March 19, 2018, I have been able to process most orders successfully. However, I will be leaving for approximately 3 weeks “down under” to see members of my family so I am asking for your patience during that time because no orders can be shipped when I am not here. We are not Amazon and do not have a huge warehouse and a crew of staff members – so it’s just me! I will do my best to ship out all pending orders when I return to the office on April 12.
