Last night, Don Wilson appeared on Fox News in the Seattle area, pledging support for the Japanese people. As all of us affiliated with The Ventures feel – we want to give back our support to the people of Japan after all the years they have been our loyal fans. Don was also asked by NHK to record a short message to be broadcast in Japan at the beginning of April: we understand that NHK (the national TV station in Japan) is preparing a major special, presumably to raise funds for victims of the earthquake and tsunami, and is asking major artists to lend their support. Obviously, The Ventures were asked to participate.
