Last night, on the Grammy Award Show, there was an In Memoriam segment towards the end of the show, to honor notable people in the music industry who had passed away in 2009. We were asked to provide a photo of Bob Bogle and submitted a solo shot of him – his wife, Yumi’s favorite photo, as it happens – which was shown during the In Memoriam segment, with Walk Don’t Run playing in the background. We are proud that Bob was included by the Grammy organization, and he would have been proud to be in the company of so many music greats, especially Les Paul, one of Bob’s heroes who, of course, also left the music world a poorer place in 2009.
